Paystack + Shopify reconciliation
If you take Paystack payments for a Shopify store, this is the simplest way to confirm every payment is recorded correctly, and to spot duplicates or missing records.

Open the reconcile tool and upload your two CSV exports. You can start with sample files if you are just testing.
What you can find
- Orders that exist in Shopify but not in Paystack.
- Paystack transactions that do not match a Shopify order.
- Duplicate payment IDs in either export.
- Amounts that do not match (optional).
Typical workflow
- Export a transaction CSV from Paystack.
- Export an orders/payments CSV from Shopify for the same date range.
- Upload both files in SettleStack.
- Confirm the ID columns used to match records.
- Review the issues list and download the final report.
